More than 540 families in Brgy. Tumana and 250 families in Brgy. Malanday, Marikina City alone are affected by massive flooding. Since this morning, they have evacuated to a number of public schools situated on higher grounds.  Flooding has also occurred in Pasig, Cainta, and a number of Rizal towns.
